Needs Fixing USA is a handyman service for Miami-Dade homes and businesses that would rather have a repair done properly once than cheaply twice. We handle the repairs, installations, and upkeep that keep a property in the condition its owner expects — houses, condos, and second homes, and commercial premises such as offices, storefronts, and clinics. TV mounting, picture hanging, furniture assembly, fixture swaps, shelving, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and general maintenance.

Every project begins with a consultation. We come out, look at the work, and go through the scope and the cost with you together — free of charge, with no obligation to book. Nothing is quoted blind over the phone, because the right figure depends on what is actually in front of us: the surface, the access, the condition, and the finish you want. Consultations are available seven days a week, from 8 AM to 8 PM.

Needs Fixing USA is built and operated by a Florida-based handyman service team. We are a handyman service and not a licensed contractor as defined under Florida law; in accordance with Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) regulations, certain structural, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC work requires a licensed contractor, and we do not perform work that requires a contractor's license.
